These Terms of Service govern access to the minimeals.me website and use of the MiniMeals application. By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.

MiniMeals is a kids' meal-planning app that helps parents plan weekly meals, track allergies, generate shopping lists, and optionally give a pediatric doctor or dietitian access to their child's data.

This website is the marketing page for MiniMeals; the app itself is available at a separate address after registration.

You need to create an account to use the app's features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.

By registering as a doctor, you confirm that you hold the relevant professional qualification and that you provide recommendations within your professional competence.

You may not use the website or app for unlawful purposes, attempts at unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious code, or violation of other users' rights.

Medical and dietary suggestions in the app (including from the AI assistant) are informational only and do not replace a qualified doctor's advice. If you suspect an allergic reaction or other health issue in your child, consult a doctor.

All website content (text, design, logo, images) belongs to MiniMeals or is used with proper authorization and is protected by copyright law. Copying or using it without permission is prohibited.

The website and app are provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

MiniMeals is not liable for decisions about a child's diet made based on app recommendations without consulting a doctor. We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
