Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. General

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data MiniMeals ("we", "the app") collects, how we use, store, and protect it when you visit this website (minimeals.me) or use the MiniMeals application.

By using the website or the app, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.

2. What data we collect

Via the contact form on this website: name, email, role (parent or doctor), and message text. This data is stored directly in the MiniMeals application database and is used only to get back to you.

Via the MiniMeals app (after registration): login email, child profiles (age, allergies, dietary restrictions — entered by parents), weekly meal plans, recipes, and, with your consent, doctor-monitoring data. This data is described in more detail in the app's own privacy policy.

Automatically: anonymous website visit statistics (page views, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookie-free and without tracking individual visitors.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your inquiry submitted through the contact form.

To provide access to MiniMeals app features (meal planning, shopping list, AI assistant, doctor access — with your consent).

To improve the website and app based on anonymous visit analytics.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where data is stored

App data and contact-form submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row Level Security enabled — only authorized parts of the system can access the data.

A doctor can access a child's data only after a parent explicitly sends an invitation to a specific doctor. No third party has access without your explicit consent.

5. Children and children's data

MiniMeals is designed for use by parents — parents create their children's profiles and enter data about their meals, allergies, and dietary restrictions. The app does not collect data directly from children and is not intended for children to use on their own.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, and to request corrections or deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at s2567k@gmail.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will announce material changes on this page along with a new 'last updated' date.
